Payments
Websites and stores: 50% advance, 50% before go-live. Projects of ₹50,000 or more: 40% to start, 30% on design approval, 30% at go-live. Monthly plans are paid in advance by the 5th. UPI or bank transfer, with an invoice for every payment.
GST
Prices exclude GST. 18% GST is added once VZN is GST-registered.
Timelines
Your timeline starts when we receive the advance and all content (text, photos, logo, logins).
Revisions
A revision round is one combined list of changes. Extra rounds are ₹1,000. New pages or features are quoted separately.
Ownership
Your domain and accounts are created in your name. After full payment, the website and content are yours.
Paid directly by you
Domain (about ₹600-1,200/year), hosting if needed, Shopify plan and apps, payment gateway fees, Google Workspace, WhatsApp API charges, ad budget, stock assets and printing.
Support
15 days of free bug-fixes after launch. Monday-Saturday, 10 am-7 pm.

Why are your prices lower than big agencies?
We're a focused studio with low overheads and a reusable system for building fast sites. You pay for the work, not for a big office.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Our price covers our work. Third-party costs (domain, Shopify, ad budget) are listed above and paid directly by you, with no markup.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. 50/50 for most projects, and 40/30/30 for projects of ₹50,000 or more.
What if I cancel?
Before work starts, your advance is refunded minus ₹1,000. After design work starts, the advance is non-refundable and completed milestones are billable.
