Every VZN price is fixed and written down before we start. Launch prices for Pune businesses, valid until 31 March 2027.
Terms of Service
Payments
Websites and stores: 50% advance, 50% before go-live. Projects of ₹50,000 or more: 40% to start, 30% on design approval, 30% at go-live. Monthly plans are paid in advance by the 5th. UPI or bank transfer, with an invoice for every payment. Prices exclude GST. 18% GST is added once VZN is GST-registered.
Timelines and content
Your timeline starts when we receive the advance and all content (text, photos, logo, logins).
Revisions and changes
A revision round is one combined list of changes. Extra rounds are ₹1,000. New pages or features are quoted separately.
Ownership and accounts
Your domain and accounts are created in your name. After full payment, the website and content are yours.
Third-party costs
Domain (about ₹600-1,200/year), hosting if needed, Shopify plan and apps, payment gateway fees, Google Workspace, WhatsApp API charges, ad budget, stock assets and printing.
Cancellation
Before work starts, your advance is refunded minus ₹1,000. After design work starts, the advance is non-refundable and completed milestones are billable.
Support after launch
15 days of free bug-fixes after launch. Monday-Saturday, 10 am-7 pm.
No ranking or follower guarantees
No one honestly can. Google decides rankings. We do the work that improves your chances and report the results every month.
Portfolio use
VZN may show completed work in its portfolio unless the client asks us not to.
Client content
The client confirms they have the rights to the photos, logos and text they provide.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune have jurisdiction.
